Knickerbocker Work
This project took root in 2018 when the Board of Trustees approved working with Knickerbocker Group to create floor plans and renderings for “Phase II” of the 2014 renovation. The scope of the project was predetermined by decades of community feedback: the new structure had to match existing downtown architecture, and had to preserve the maximize amount of green space, and would include an elevator.
